Neiman Marcus Group Strategic Partnerships Project
Mission:
Create an integrative proposal of strategic partnerships to address the challenge that because growth in traditional retail outlets is plateauing, retailers must look to new business models, revenue streams, and categories to remain competitive.

Approach:
Research, evaluate, and develop plans for four business areas with potential for strategic partnership opportunities, identified by the Neiman Marcus Group Corporate Strategy team.
​
Result:
Propose a suite of related strategic digital partnerships that create an NMG presence in every aspect of the lifecycle of a purchase, in order to support the NMG customer's lifestyle and capture new profit opportunities. Present proposal to company senior executives.
